I joined Newbury Building Society in April 2019 as a Customer Support Manager for the Savings department. Previously I worked for an insurance company, where I spent seven years developing my skills in a number of roles.

Jane is responsible for managing Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford branches. She supports and develops the teams; helping the Society deliver great customer service to its members and local communities.

Matthew develops and manages a network of mortgage introducer relationships. He proactively manages existing referrer relationships and helps to develop new intermediaries referrals to the Society.

Erika is the Head of Data and Governance, Company Secretary and a member of the Executive Committee.

Cliff is responsible for the branch management of our Andover and Winchester branches, supporting his team to provide our members with excellent customer service to the local community.

Sarah assists the HR team with recruitment, undertaking inductions, policy updating, managing performance and managing a variety of HR projects.

Luke is responsible for the direct customer sales through our branch network and online services.

Andy manages the compliance function within the Society, ensuring it complies with all the regulatory standards required of a financial services firm.

Chris is responsible for maintaining the running of the Society's head office premise and all branches.

Emma is responsible for the marketing communications and public relations for the Society.

Karen leads the sales team and Intermediary Helpdesk and is responsible for mortgage and savings new business, direct and introduced.
