I joined Newbury Building Society in April 2019 as a Customer Support Manager for the Savings department. Previously I worked for an insurance company, where I spent seven years developing my skills in a number of roles.
Lee joined the Society and the Board of Directors in July 2007. Lee is responsible for the Society’s risk and compliance functions.
Jane is responsible for managing Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford branches. She supports and develops the teams; helping the Society deliver great customer service to its members and local communities.
Ella manages the Newbury branch area; supporting the Branch Managers to provide excellent customer service to our members.
Phillippa joined the Society in 1996, was promoted to the Executive team in 2007 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2015 as Operations and Sales Director. She was appointed as Chief Executive in March 2022.
Kerri is responsible for communicating with mortgage brokers on a daily basis to answer lending policy queries and discuss potential applications.
Emma is responsible for managing the Intermediary Helpdesk and business development in the RG and SN postcodes.
Julie is responsible for the running of the Society's Oxfordshire branches in Didcot and Abingdon.
Roger is responsible for managing the Society's mortgage product portfolio; ensuring the products we offer are relevant to our members and markets.
Diane is responsible for the Customer Services Department which comprises of the Savings Support team and Mortgage Support team.
Matthew develops and manages a network of mortgage introducer relationships. He proactively manages existing referrer relationships and helps to develop new intermediaries referrals to the Society.
Cliff is responsible for the branch management of our Andover and Winchester branches, supporting his team to provide our members with excellent customer service to the local community.
Sarah assists the HR team with recruitment, undertaking inductions, policy updating, managing performance and managing a variety of HR projects.
