This week is National Customer Service Week (5 October 2020 – 9 October 2020), a week-long campaign hosted by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
When you join us you will receive a comprehensive induction, as well as a personal development plan tailored to your needs.
These will help you to get up to speed with our products and services, culture and values, systems and processes.
Whatever your role in the Society, your personal development plan will help you manage your progress and career path. There will be opportunities for you to take on more responsibility and participate in projects and initiatives, to further your experience.
