Cost of Living support

Information and financial support for our members and communities

Supporting our members and branch communities is central to our mutual values. As people across the country feel the effects of rising prices, this support is more vital than ever.

In 2022, we donated over £100,000 to local charities and community organisations dedicated to helping people through tough times.

Although the campaign has ended, you can still find:

  • A range of free resources and information on accessing support for the increased cost of living, as well as ideas on reducing outgoings, signposting to additional support, and information on cost of living scams.

  • Details of charities and community organistions in and around our branch towns who may be able to help.

If you're a current mortgage customer and are concerned about payments we can provide support and advice, our Mortgage support payment team are here to advise you.
