“I joined the Society in February 2018 as Mobile Customer Service Advisor in our Basingstoke branch. I was delighted to be given the opportunity to join as it was a total career change for me and I had never worked within the financial services industry before. The support and training I have received since has been superb and it has allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of my role. I have now worked in multiple departments throughout the Society through secondment opportunities and have attended many learning programmes within the business, both of which have been invaluable to my career aspirations.
