Newbury Building Society puts excellent customer service for our members at the centre of everything we do.

We are committed to developing our people, our processes and our services to ensure our members continue to receive the right products and services that suit their needs.

We strive to motivate and engaged our employees by communicating these objectives in a variety of ways, including our quarterly Cascade conference call, in which employees are encouraged to pose questions to our Executive Directors, a employees association committe, a monthly newsletter and an annual employee survey.

WE ARE LOCAL 

We have ten branches across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.  Our Head Office is located in Newbury, which is the base for support teams such as Customer Services, IT, Finance, HR and Marketing.

At Newbury Building Society we are committed to making a difference in the communities in which our customers and employees live and work. As well as the financial services we provide to local businesses and people we also take an active role in community organisations and events. Our local network of branches form a real part of the communities we serve.
