Now you can manage your accounts and balances wherever you are. 

Our myaccounts mobile app gives you a flexible and secure way to access to your Newbury accounts wherever you are, from your phone or tablet. 

To access the app:

  • You will need to be registered for our online service, myaccounts, to use the mobile app. You will need your myaccounts online service username, password, and one time password to log-into the app for the first time. 

  • If you have not re-registered for myaccounts since its upgrade in November 2023, you will need to re-register here.

  • If you have not yet registered for myaccounts, you can register here to get your username, password, memorable word by email and your verification code by post, which will enable you to login to the mobile app.  

App availability:

Our mobile app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • If you have an iPhone or iPad you can download it from the App Store.

  • If you have an android device you can download it from Google Play.

In order to download our mobile app you must have one of the following versions on your device: iOS running 15.0 and above and any android device running 12.0 and above.  

Please make sure you have enabled your device screen lock pin, biometrics or pattern lock to use our mobile app.

Once you have access to the app, some of the things you can do are:

  • View your Newbury savings balances, interest rate and transactions. 

  • Transfer money to your other Newbury savings accounts or your existing nominated account.  

  • Open an online savings account.

  • View your Newbury mortgage account details, transactions, and its remaining term. 

  • View and manage your personal details and contact us through a secure messaging service.
