Thatcham branch refurbishment update

5 April 2024: We are pleased to announce that phase one of our Thatcham branch refurbishment is now complete and we welcomed members into the first new half this week.

Over the Easter weekend, we temporarily closed our Thatcham branch to complete the first half of the refurbishement and we would like to thank you for your patience while we have undertaken this work in the branch. 

Building work will continue into April to complete phase two, and whilst we are making every effort to limit the impact of this on our customers, there will temporarily be no private interview room available from Monday 18 March, to retain the safety of our colleagues and members.

We will contact customers via email once we have confirmed the date the second half of the refurbishment will be completed. We will also publish updates on our website.

How else can I transact with you during the temporary changes?

Our Newbury and Hungerford branches are within a short distance of Thatcham, and you can also withdraw money into a nominated bank account through our myaccounts online service. If you have not yet registered for our myaccounts online service, you can do so here.
