New year, new buy to let reductions and improvements

Good news for your landlord clients! We have improved the rates on our buy to let products, including for Ltd Company, holiday lets, and expats. 

Booking fees have also been removed from the buy to let fixed rates, meaning there are now no booking fees applied to any buy to let products.

• 5 year fixed rate – reduced from 5.79% to 5.49%

• Ltd Company 3 year discount increased to -1.50%

• Ltd Company 5 year fixed rate - reduced from 6.29% to 5.89% 

• Expat 3 year discount increased by -0.25% to -1.25%

• Expat 5 year fixed rate – reduced from 6.69% to 6.29%

• 3 year discount increased to -1.75%

• 5 year discount increased to -1.75%

• Holiday let 3 year discount increased from -1.00% to -1.25%

• Holiday let 5 year fixed rates – reduced from 6.69%/6.89% to 6.29%/6.49% 

The products are available across England and Wales, although the expat products are not available to those living in an EEA country.
