We have an active community and charity programme, supporting the communities in which our members and our staff live and work. We are proud of our financial education programme, the Junior Newbury Building Society initiative, which now works with over 20 local schools.

Providing our members with excellent customer service is at the centre of all we do. We are working hard to maintain the excellent service we provide whilst responding to our member's changing needs. We are working towards achieveing accreditation for customer service with the Institute of Customer Service.
