We offer our members attractive mortgage and savings products, supported by excellent customer service. We take pride in providing straightforward advice on mortgages and savings.
We have an active community and charity programme, supporting the communities in which our members and our staff live and work. We are proud of our financial education programme, the Junior Newbury Building Society initiative, which now works with over 20 local schools. We also have a role to play in tackling climate change and we care about protecting the earth we live on for future generations while cultivating a more sustainable Society of which we can all be proud. We have a Green Ambition.
Providing our members with excellent customer service is at the centre of all we do. We are working hard to maintain the excellent service we provide whilst responding to our member's changing needs. We gained accreditation for customer service with the Institute of Customer Service in 2019.
Whilst embracing modern technology, the Society still retains good customer contact using traditional methods. Privileged to be a Newbury Building Society member.
