We are pleased to advise that the refurbishment and expansion of our Thatcham branch is progressing well in the second phase.
While we complete the expansion of the branch, we would like to advise of the dates on which the branch will temporarily close.
Important dates for Thatcham customers to be aware of:

The branch will temporarily close on Friday 24 May and Saturday 25 May to ensure the safety of our customers and team.

The completed branch will then open, ready for members to enjoy from 11am on Tuesday 28 May.
How can you transact with us during this temporary closure?
Our Newbury and Hungerford branches are within a short distance of Thatcham, and you can also withdraw money into a nominated bank account through our myaccounts online service. If you have not yet registered for our myaccounts online service, you can do so here.
Coming soon! Community banking provision in Thatcham.
We are pleased to confirm that we will be providing a community banking facility within the newly refurbished branch from late June, offering access to banking services to the Thatcham community who have been impacted by the bank branch closures in the town.
In collaboration with OneBanx we are providing access to their multi-bank kiosk, as part of a pilot aiming to keep access to cash available on the High Streets with limited banking facilities. The kiosk uses Open Banking technology to allow small businesses and personal customers of any bank in the Open Banking network to withdraw and deposit cash from their accounts. We will confirm the exact date of the launch of the kiosk soon.
