Monday 19 September has been announced as a Bank Holiday to coincide with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral, the bank holiday will mark the last day of the period of national mourning.
Our branches, head office customer services, and intermediary helpdesk will be closed for the day and re-open as normal at 9am on Tuesday 20 September.
Newbury branch customers: Please note that from Tuesday 20 September we will be operating a temporary branch from next to our head office at 90 Bartholomew Street, Newbury, while we refurbish our branch on Northbrook Street. Full details are here. There is pedestrian access only and opening hours are from 10.00am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Our online savings service, myaccounts, remains available here, however please note that as Monday 19 September will be a non-banking day, payments instructed after 3pm on Friday 15 September, will be processed on Tuesday 20 September.
