- We will consider desktop valuations on new build houses in our operating area (see the red section on our lending map for further guidance) on a case-by-case basis until physical valuations are able to take place
- We have a mix of fixed rate and variable mortgage products for new business and existing borrowers
- Purchase-only and remortgage products available
- We lend on new build houses and flats (desktop valuations not available on flats)
