Announcing new and improved fixed-rate products from Wednesday 14 February, just in time for Valentine's Day!

The improved pricing includes some of our standard residential mortgage products:

• Standard residential 2-year fix to 75% LTV - reduced from 4.99% to 4.69% ending 29 May 2026

• Standard residential 3-year fixed rate 75% LTV reduced from 4.79% to 4.49% ending 29 April 2027

• Standard residential 5-year fixed rate 75% LTV reduced from 4.39% to 4.29% ending until 29 March 2029 

• Existing borrower 3-year fixed rate 75% LTV reduced from 4.69% to 4.39% ending 29 April 2027

• Made to Measure 3-year fixed rate 75% LTV reduced from 5.19% to 4.89% ending 29 April 2027

We have also made a change the discount on our GoGreen Further Advance for existing borrowers:

• GoGreen further advance 75% LTV – changed from a 5 year discount to a 3 year discount.
