From today (11 October) we are improving the price on three of our standard residential fixed rates.
We have a range of products and features to help your clients who are purchasing new-build properties.
- For owner occupied residential lending we lend to 90% on both new build flats and houses across England and Wales.
- Our mortgage offer for a new build property lasts for 6 months, with extensions usually agreed if required
- We offer support for a wide range of affordable home ownership schemes, including Shared Ownership and Help to Buy
- On Shared Ownership we lend to 95% on new build flats and houses.
- We lend on a wide range of construction types, including modern methods of construction (MMC)
- Multiple new build warranties accepted
- Excellent service levels

- Our Helpdesk team provide helpful and prompt assistance Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- We recognise borrowers come in all shapes and sizes and we consider all circumstances and employment situations
- All cases are individually considered and manually underwritten
- No credit scoring

- Introducers have access to the underwriter dealing with their case
