Fraudsters are becoming more and more sophisticated.
One of the simplest ways any of us can fall victim to a malicious act is by having our personal data stolen. This can be either over the phone, online and even in person.
A recent article by City AM, a London-centric newspaper, outlined that fraud has become the most common criminal office in the UK. In fact, the country is left with a £190billion bill every year. Not only this, advanced technology also means fraudsters are finding new, more effective ways to steal people's money and identity - online banking fraud has grown 226% while telephone banking fraud is up 178%.
