How do I change my address?

To change your address, please contact us through the secure messaging facility and inform us of your new address. We will need you to provide us with supporting evidence such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (last 3 months). Your supporting documentation must be certified by an appropriate individual such as a solicitor or accountant.

How do I change my name?

To change your name, please write to us with supporting evidence such as a marriage or deed poll certificate. Your supporting documentation must be certified by an appropriate individual such as a solicitor or accountant. To change your password, please visit the ‘My Profile’ page where you will be asked to provide characters from your memorable information. Remember to click 'save' once you have changed the details.

How do I change my nominated account?

To change your nominated account please send your new details using 'Register/change my nominated account' instruction via the secure messaging facility on the ‘My Profile’ page. In most instances we will be able to electronically verify your account.  If we are unable to do this, you will need to send a cheque for at least £1 payable to you drawn on your nominated account or a recent bank statement (last 3 months).

We will confirm when we have updated your nominated account details using the secure messaging facility.

How do I change my interest payment options?

To change the payment option for interest earned by your account, please send instructions using the secure messaging facility on your profile's homepage. We will then ensure they are changed and will confirm to you using secure message that we have done this for you. Please be aware that certain types of interest payment are not available for some account types. These will be detailed in the terms and conditions of the account.
