Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2017 as Senior Branch Manager after spending over 30 years in the banking industry. I have held a mixture of roles including Branch Manager, Business Banking Manager and Private Banking Manager.
I like working at Newbury Building Society because I enjoy serving our members and providing them with excellent customer service. The Society prides itself on its traditional values which enables us to provide a first class service to customers and staff.
Roles and responsibilities
I am responsible for the office management of the Abingdon and Didcot branches. I support my team to provide our members and our local community with excellent customer service. I also ensure the Society procedures are followed compliantly and that our business objectives are met.
