The British Bank Awards are back, and we need your support to win! Following our fantastic achievement in the British Bank Awards in 2022, in which our members voted for us, we were thrilled to win Best Specialist Mortgage provider.
The British Bank Awards, run by independent review platform Smart Money People, is recognised as a symbol of excellence across the British banking industry. The awards are 100% voted for by customers, which is why they matter so much to us. In 2022, we were delighted to win 'Best Specialist Mortgage Provider' for the third year running!
Voting is now open for 2023 and we want to do even better this year. We're excited to announce we have been shortlisted in the following four award categories:

- Best Savings Provider
- Best Mortgage Provider
- Best Specialist Mortgage Provider
If you have experienced great service from us as a saver or borrower, you can vote for us to become a finalist! Finalists will be announced on 20 March 2023, and voting will close on 11 April 2023.
How to vote
To cast your vote, please visit the Smart Money People website, select 'Newbury Building Society' and fill in the form. When you vote you will also be eligible to enter a prize draw for £1,000 (terms and conditions apply) from Smart Money People.
