We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Abingdon branch.
Our Abingdon branch has relocated to a new, larger and modern branch to allow us to serve our growing customer base in the Abingdon area.
We opened the doors to our new branch to members from 9am on Tuesday 27 July at our new location, 34 Bury Street, in the Bury Street Schopping Centre – a three-minute walk from our former branch in West St. Helen's Street.
Our 'clicks and bricks' business strategy means we are committed to providing members with a choice as to how they interact with us; our committment to our branches as well as providing online services. The Abingdon branch relocation was due to the former building's limitations as our presence in Abingdon continues to grow.
Our new branch has been designed to provide our growing membership base with a modern open-plan space in which to deliver the customer service for which we are known, without compromising on the traditionl personal approach our members tell us they appreciate and we have kept the much requested chairs at our counters!
New modern look and feel
The banking hall is spacious and airy with an open plan design.
Our members asked us not to take away the chairs! These pods are specifically designed to enable a choice of sitting or standing.
Private meeting rooms are provided for mortgage and savings appointments with our qualified advisers.
Seating area in the banking hall for members or family. We look forward to welcoming you in the branch!
