UK Finance has today launched a cost-of-living campaign to raise awareness of the support available to customers who are struggling to make mortgage, credit card, or personal loan repayments.
Newbury Building Society is supporting this campaign. Our aim is to encourage any of our members who may be facing mortgage payment difficulties to contact us as soon as possible so we can work with them to implement a tailored solution.
We know the cost of living is a concern for many, and we’re dedicated to providing the most appropriate and tailored support for our customers. Our knowledgeable and friendly Mortgage Payment Support team is on hand to support you with any queries or concerns you may have.
Our Mortgage Payment Support team will review our customers’ personal circumstances to determine how we might support them. This could include changing the date of payments or payment methods, arranging a payment plan or changing the repayment type. The team will consider with customers which support is most appropriate. The team will also often provide information and helpful links to third-party support provided by debt or mental wellbeing services.
