We’re proud, and a little excited, to announce we are a finalists in the British Bank Awards 2018, which celebrate the most customer-centric financial services firms in the UK.
We want to make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
To support us in doing this, we have recently become members of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), an independent, professional membership body for customer service. As part of our membership, ICS will conduct a survey, on our behalf, which will tell us how we can make our service even better.
If you have received an e-mail asking you to complete a survey from the ICS, it is genuine, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could help us by completing it. The survey is online, is confidential and will only take around ten minutes to complete.
Your feedback is valuable to us as it will allow us to compare our service with other organisations across the UK, identify areas in which we are performing well and also identify areas in which you want us to perform better.
We hope you will take the opportunity to tell us, honestly, what you think about the service the Society provides.
