It’s good to see a gradual and safe return to a more normal professional life. Our BDM’s are pleased to be back on the road again, to visit and meet intermediaries, in a safe way, providing everyone is happy to do so.

While our BDM’s will gradually return to the roads and offices, our Helpdesk Support team are still also available by phone, email and instant chat to assist with enquiries and applications. What's more, our instant chat service is manned by our team, no bot chats guaranteed!
We are also very happy to book video meetings for intermediaries who are working remotely or not returning to face to face meetings at present. The choice is yours, but the team are looking forward to meeting again in person soon.
