Olivia is a Risk and Compliance Administrator in our head office. She says:
"I joined Newbury Building Society following the completion of my GCSEs. I was keen to continue my learning within the workplace, rather than carrying on in school/college environment, so an apprenticeship was a great opportunity for me.
I started as a Risk and Compliance Apprentice in head office which included working in the second line, ensuring risk management is operating effectively throughout the business. Since then, I have qualified and now Risk and Compliance Administrator. Every day brings different challenges which is one of the main reasons why I love my job.
I have had so much support from my lovely colleagues in Risk and Compliance since my first day which I am grateful for. I am looking forward to continuing my journey with NBS."
