A branch breakdown of Christmas opening times and cheque clearance times.
As part of the ‘test and learn’ phase of our mobile app development programme, selected groups of members were invited to take part in testing the app’s functionality and provide essential feedback to help shape further development.
If you were registered to test the app, you will have received a request to complete a survey, which asked you to provide your thoughts on what functionality you would find useful. If you were able to provide responses to this survey – thank you!
We are pleased to share the survey findings with you.
The survey asked members to rate types of app functionality as 'very useful', 'useful' and 'not particularly useful' to them.
|What participants liked about the NBS Money test and learn||What participants would like to see in an app we develop|
|Secure and easy login with biometric access, facial recognition, or passcode.||The ability to transfer funds between different Newbury savings accounts and their nominated account.|
|Clear sight of Newbury savings accounts.||To view all balances (savings and mortgage) in real time.|
|Access to live mortgage balance, especially when making overpayments.||Ability to view and download statements from their savings or mortgage accounts.|
We would like to thank all members who took the time to participate in this test and learn phase. The feedback we have received is much valued and is very important, as it helps determine the next steps in our app development programme.
We want to ensure any app we provide will be secure, helpful and easy to use.
What is next?
We will be using feedback and the survey findings in the next stage of our app development and will be back in touch in the coming months to update you on our progress. If you have any questions in the meantime regarding the NBS Money app or the survey please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to help.
