Newbury Building Society's Newbury Monopoly prize draw 2023 prize draw terms and conditions

• Entries to Newbury Monopoly prize draw will begin at 9.30am on Friday 3 November and close at 4.30pm on Friday 3 November. Entries can only be made at the Newbury branch of Newbury Building Society.

• The prize draw winner will win a new special Newbury town edition of the boardgame Monopoly.

• The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over, who complete an entry form and agree to these terms and conditions.

• Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.

• Entries on behalf of another person and joint submissions are not accepted.

• Employees of Newbury Building Society, their immediate families and anyone else connected to the competition are not permitted to enter.

• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.

• One winner will be chosen at random from entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.

• The Society’s representative’s decision is final.

• The draw will take place on Wednesday 8 November and the winner will be contacted using their preferred method of contact.

• The prize must be collected from the Newbury branch of Newbury Building Society during normal opening hours.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

• Newbury Building Society accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

• We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation as described in our privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of the privacy policy can be found in branch and at: www.newbury.co.uk/privacy-notice

• By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your prize draw entry. All personal data provided will be destroyed once the winner has received their prize.

• We will not use the information you have supplied for any other marketing campaign or pass it on to a third party. Personal data will be securely destroyed without retaining your details.

• The winner consents to the use by Newbury Building Society, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes, in any medium, and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to the same.

• Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
