Background and experience
I have over eleven years experience of working within the financial services sector in mortgage intermediary and financial adviser roles. I joined Newbury Building Society in 2014 as a Business Development Manager and was promoted to my current role in 2016.
Working for the Society gives me the opportunity to be involved in making business decisions that enables the Society to achieve its corporate objectives and deliver benefits to its members.
The Society also provides me with the opportunity of long term career progression and also supplies me with additional learning and development opportunties.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for the direct customer sales through our branch network and online services. I manage and monitor our mortgage sales and savings account openings against performance targets, including gaining new members and retaining our existing members. In addition, I manage the Society’s savings portfolio of products.
