Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2013 in the IT department, before moving to manage Data and the Core System Support Team. In 2020, I was promoted to IT Manager, leading the Society's core IT team, which I continue to do in my current role. The purpose of my role is to support and deliver the development and security of the Society's digital technology.
At Newbury Building Society, customers are at the heart of what we do. I really enjoy working at the Society and I feel lucky to work with such a friendly team.
Role and responsibilities
As Head of IT, I oversee the IT Technical, Core System Support and Data teams at the Society. I ensure we are delivering high-quality digital services and security for our internal and external customers.
