Background and experience
I did my work experience with the Newbury in 2018 and realised that a career in financial services would suit me. I did not have any mortgage experience but previously worked in in retail.
My knowledge of mortgages has been fast tracked and I am amazed at how at the Newbury we try to make every case work. I really enjoy talking to brokers to try and get the outcome that they want. I really believe that this is what makes us different and I’m very glad that I can be a part of this.
My role involves taking intermediary enquiries on our helpdesk and finding ways in which to say yes to cases, no two enquiries appear to be the same but we have a team of experts all ready to help.
