The team at Winchester branch have been shortlisted for a ‘Service Excellence Award’ recognising their approach to customer service.
The Winchester Business Excellence Awards 2024, which will take place on Thursday 30 April, recognises businesses who have contributed to serving the local community in Winchester and the surrounding areas.
I am extremely proud that our Winchester branch has been nominated in the Service Excellence Award category of the forthcoming Winchester Business Excellence Awards 2024. The re-furbished branch has proved to be a real winner with not only our existing members but also new customers, who are delighted to see a financial services provider investing in their high street branches, when so many others are closing theirs. Commitment to our bricks and clicks approach (a blend of online service and service in person) continue to provide our members with the face-to-face customer service that they desire and that is so needed for many. Fingers crossed!
