How we're using online training to boost Consumer Duty knowledge

Chris Adlard, Consumer Duty Manager at the Society, has been speaking with employee learning specialists, Elephants Don’t Forget, about how we are utilising their Clever Nelly training tool to place Consumer Duty at the core of our employee training.

The Society has been using Elephants Don’t Forget’s unique ‘Clever Nelly’ training platform since 2015. 'Nelly', as it is affectionally known across the business, reinforces training and learning through daily bitesize assessments delivered straight to employee's inboxes.

This digestible daily training helps employees to improve their know-how on role specific topics, as well as general topics relevant to all roles such as health and safety, risk, compliance, and customer service.
