How to submit a case

1. Call/email  our Intermediary Helpdesk/BDM with your enquiry – alternatively complete an AIP and send to us via email.

-There is an affordability calculator for more guidance or please contact the helpdesk.
-We can assess cases over the telephone.
-The helpdesk advisers will advise you if you need to complete an AIP.

2. Register with us online here. If you are not already on panel our Intermediary team will action this upon your registration.

3. Complete a Mortgage Application. You can do this online here, alternatively if this is an application that cannot be done via the online system you can complete our paper application here.

4. Once your application has been received it will be allocated to a dedicated underwriter who will send you an acknowledgement of the application after their initial assessment.
