Employee story: Sujata Rana

Sujata is a Customer Support Administrator (Mortgages) based in our head office in Newbury. She says:

“I joined the Society in September 2022 as Customer Support Assistant. I applied immediately when I heard of the job opportunity from a friend. She had shared information about the great work environment, learning opportunities and how everyone is friendly and supportive.  

I am glad to be part of a great team where I enjoy having meaningful interactions with customers by answering their questions and providing them with helpful information related to their mortgage accounts, which can be rewarding and fulfilling.
