Part-time Reception & Scanning Assistant (12 month fixed-term contract)
Location: Head office, Newbury
Hours: 21 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Starting salary: £14,598.87
Interviews: 90-minute interview held in our head office in Newbury. We aim to interview successful applicants within 1 week. Feedback will be provided regardless of the outcome. We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any point.

What will you be doing?
As part of a friendly and supportive team you will provide excellent service to your internal colleagues, by using your admin skills to efficiently and accurately scan and index customer and Society documents.
While also being the first point of contact on our reception desk for our external customers. You will be providing excellent customer service while answering calls, managing a switchboard, taking messages, and managing faxing and an enquiries mailbox.
As part of the larger Customer Support Team, you will work closely with colleagues to learn all aspects of the role within your comprehensive training program.
Essential skills and experience:

Some experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills environment

Competent in the basic use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365

Proven administration skills

Experience with working within financial service administration.
