Newbury Building Society feedback monthly prize draw terms and conditions

Entries to the Newbury Building Society feedback monthly prize draw will be accepted through registered user feedback made through the Smart Money People website each calendar month from June 2019 until further notice.
The prize draw is open to members and of Newbury Building Society who complete the survey using the link emailed to them by Newbury Building Society, and who register their name and email address on the Smart Money People survey site.
The monthly prize draw winner will receive a John Lewis voucher worth £50.
The competition is open to members aged 18 and over, who complete the survey and agree to these terms and conditions.
Only one review entry per person per month is accepted. Multiple entries from the same person and/or email address in the same calendar month will not be entered into the draw.
Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted.
Employees of Newbury Building Society, their immediate families and anyone else connected to this competition are not permitted to enter.
No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.
One winner will be chosen at random from entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Society’s representative’s decision is final.
From the feedback completed during the calendar month, the winner will be chosen at random on the first Tuesday of the following month and the winner will be notified by their email contact details provided on the same day.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post and Newbury Building Society will request the winner’s correspondence address once they have been notified.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Newbury Building Society accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
Newbury Building Society retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
Newbury Building Society shall handle any personal information you supply as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of the privacy policy can be found here.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry. All personal data provided will be destroyed once the winner has received their prize.
We will not use the information you have supplied for any other marketing campaign or pass it on to a third party unless you have opted in to receive marketing updates from the Society.
The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the competition and the winner shall participate in such activity the Newbury Building Society reasonably requests. However, before doing so we will seek your consent.
Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
