After making your overpayment

Once you have made your payment, please contact us by email or call 01635 555700 to advise how you would like us to process your overpayment (e.g. reducing your monthly payments or mortgage term, or to advise no changes).

Please note we will not automatically recalculate your payments and will only make amendments if the overpayment is greater than £1,000. We need at least 14 days before your next Direct Debit to make sure we can amend your payment in time.

Your overpayment will be credited to your account on the date of receipt; however, we will not automatically confirm we have received your payment.
