Change of personal details

If you wish to change any of your personal details for your Newbury mortgage(s), you can do so as follows: 

1. To change contact details (email address, or telephone): You can send us the changes by secure message through myaccounts, call the Mortgage Support Team on 01635 555700, or send us a completed amendment form.

2. To change your name – complete an amendment form with the changes. We will also need appropriate ID (a clear photo is fine).  

3. To change your contact address – please complete an amendment form and send us the appropriate ID. 

How do I send in the changes? 

• Download an amendment form here.

• Completed amendment forms and any ID (a clear photo is fine) can be emailed to us.

• Alternatively, they can be posted to the Mortgage Support Team, Newbury Building Society, 90 Bartholomew Street, Newbury, RG14 5EE or dropped into any branch.

Please do not post originals of any ID documents, a clear copy is fine.
