We were honoured to take home the awards for Best Building Society Savings Provider and Best Building Society at the 10th annual ceremony in central London. What a night!
These accolades follow closely on the heels of our recent success in the 'Trusted Quality Provider' category at UK Customer Satisfaction Awards - further demonstrating our commitment to excellent, tailored customer experiences across all areas of the Society.
As a mutual building society, our customers are always at the heart of everything we do, which makes these awards, which are based entirely on their feedback, especially meaningful. It stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment and consistently high standards delivered by our people —both to our customers and to one another. This achievement reflects the dedication of every colleague across our branch network and head office - it is a collective success that the entire Newbury team can take immense pride in.
