Newbury win big at national customer service awards

We are extremely proud to have been named Trusted Quality Provider at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2025, an award recognising businesses who enjoy 'trusted' status from their customers due to ongoing service excellence.

The awards are organised by the UK's independent customer service body, the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), and celebrate demonstrations of customer service brilliance by individuals and businesses nationally.

The shortlist was packed with strong competition from a variety of sectors, including John Lewis, AJ Bell, BT and Legal & General. Our success in this category is testament to how hard our people work to ensure you, our loyal members, have outstanding experiences with the Society.
