We have signed up to the Women in Finance Charter, demonstrating our commitment to inclusion and diversity in financial services, including gender equality.

What is the charter?

The Women in Finance Charter was launched by HM Treasury to improve the representation of women in senior leadership positions across financial services following an independent review. Signatories commit to supporting gender diversity through measurable targets, accountability at senior levels, and transparent reporting on progress.

You can learn more about the charter, and our commitment and targets, here.

Why did we choose to sign the charter?

We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where colleagues can develop fulfilling careers and achieve their potential, regardless of gender or background, and we believe diverse leadership strengthens decision-making, encourages innovation and ensures we are better placed to understand and meet the needs of our customers, colleagues, and communities.

We are proud to continue investing in colleague development, leadership opportunities, and inclusive workplace practices to ensure we continue to be an employer where people from all backgrounds can build successful and rewarding careers.
