Community and charity
Supporting our branch communities.
We're proud to make a positive impact through fundraising, sponsorships, volunteering, financial education, and more, because when our communities thrive, we all do.
Each of our branches and head office support a local charity through fundraising, volunteering, and more. Each partner is chosen by members and colleagues every 3-5 years.
Learn more about our current partner charities below.
Our Community Support Scheme provides financial support to charities, clubs, and community groups in and around our ten branch towns on a quarterly basis.
We support the savers and borrowers of tomorrow through our Junior Newbury Building Society scheme for primary schools and Wize Up workshops for secondary pupils.
Every member of our team has two paid days each year to make a difference with causes close to their hearts.
If your organisation is looking for volunteers in or around our branch towns, please email us with details, we'd love help out if we can!
Our branches and head office are each proudly partnered with a local charity, chosen by our members and employees.
Whether it's through fundraising, volunteering, or simply helping to raise awareness, we're passionate about working closely with them to make positive change in our local areas. Members can also choose a charity partner to support when opening our Charity Account.
