With a career rooted in people development, I’ve spent over a decade contributing to and shaping our progressive approach to people outcomes. My journey has been driven by a passion for understanding and unlocking potential. Having joined Newbury Building Society in 2010 as PA to the Executive, I was supported by the Society in achieving the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice.
Role and responsibilities
As Head of People, I’m committed to building a culture where belonging is not just a value but a lived experience. I believe that data and insights are powerful tools to drive meaningful change, helping us understand what our people need, where we can improve, and how we can grow together. My focus is on continuing to build a values-led, inclusive environment where feedback is welcomed, wellbeing is prioritised, and growth is continuous.
