With a career rooted in people development, data-driven decision making, and inclusive leadership, I’ve spent over a decade contributing to and shaping our progressive approach to people outcomes. My journey has been driven by a passion for understanding and unlocking potential. Starting out at Newbury Building Society as a PA gave me broad early insights into our culture and operations, perspectives that continue to inform my approach today.
I bring a blend of inclusive thinking, data-informed insight, and a collaborative, partnering approach, working across the organisation to create people strategies that are evidence-based, equitable, and aligned with our shared goals.
Role and responsibilities
As Head of People, I’m committed to building a culture where belonging is not just a value but a lived experience. I believe that data and insights are powerful tools to drive meaningful change, helping us understand what our people need, where we can improve, and how we can grow together.
My role is to ensure our systems and frameworks support this vision: enabling seamless, transparent, and equitable experiences across the employee lifecycle. Through thoughtful system implementation and a partnering approach with leaders and teams, I aim to embed care, compassion, and commerciality into our ways of working. My focus is on continuing to build a values-led, inclusive environment where feedback is welcomed, wellbeing is prioritised, and growth is continuous.
