I joined Newbury Building Society in December 2022 as a Savings Adviser based in our Newbury branch, after completing my A-levels. In March 2024, I joined the Mortgage Retention Team when it was first established, gaining experience in a newly created area of the business.
Most recently, in July 2026, I progressed into the Intermediary Team, where I continue to build my knowledge and develop my career within the Society.
I enjoy working at Newbury because of the strong focus we have on putting customers first and doing the right thing for them. I also love being part of a supportive team where we build great relationships and help each other succeed.
As an Intermediary Sales Adviser, I help brokers with their enquiries through DIPs, emails, live chat, and phone calls. A big part of my role is understanding each case, answering questions and doing what I can to help brokers place their business with us.
