Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2017 working across our branch network. Most recently as Senior Customer Service Adviser for Hungerford and Thatcham branches, before joining our intermediary sales team.
Newbury put the customer experience at the centre of what we do and it’s something I enjoy being a part of. Newbury support their people to go above and beyond in both the service they provide and in their own personal development.
My role
My role is to assist mortgage brokers with case related queries and potential applications, answering questions about our lending policy as well as putting them in contact with their Business Development Manager.
