I have over 11 years' experience in financial services. I previously worked for Coventry Building Society in a range of roles spanning prudential risk & compliance, enterprise risk and regulatory affairs.

Having spent my career to date in the building society sector, I was keen to work for an organisation that puts its members at the heart of what it does. Newbury's strong mutual values and ambitions for the future really appealed to me, and I'm excited to play a part in helping the Society achieve those ambitions.
Role and responsibilities
As Head of Treasury, I'm responsible for overseeing the Society's liquidity, funding and interest rate risk management. My team's responsibilities also include forecasting, capital adequacy assessments and scenario modelling, supporting strategic decision-making and the Society's long-term financial resilience.
