I joined Newbury Building Society in 2017, having previously worked as a PA for mortgage and protection advisors for three years. I was promoted to Senior Intermediary Sales Adviser in 2021 before becoming Business Development Manager in May 2026.
Building strong, long‑term relationships has always been important to me, and I’m passionate about supporting brokers with a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to help, and I’m looking forward to working closely with them to support their ongoing success.
My role focuses on driving new business through intermediaries while building, retaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with broker partners.
