Background and experience

Debbie was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2022. She is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants with an extensive career in financial leadership roles across different market sectors, business models and structures, leading change programmes and improving performance outcomes. 

Debbie is an experienced board director, with her last executive role being Chief Financial Officer at Simplyhealth, a regulated financial services business providing health plans and services to the UK.

Role and responsibilities

Debbie is a member of the Audit Committee and attends and advises the Executive-led the Assets & Liabilities Committee.
