Background and experience
I joined the Society in January 2025 having worked in financial services for 25 years. I have a wealth of experience in branch and relationship management, customer service support, underpinned by a strong understanding of compliance and risk.
I joined Newbury Building Society because I wanted to be part of an organisation that truly values its customers and makes a positive impact in the community. The Society's emphasis aligns with my personal values and I'm proud to contribute and enhance the customer experience everyday through my role.
