Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in January 2021 as a Customer Service Adviser in Wokingham branch. I was then offered the opportunity to join the Intermediary Team for 12 months on a secondment. Once the secondment came to an end, I took up the role of Multiskilled Customer Support Adviser helping in other departments such as Underwriting and Completions, before being back full-time as an Intermediary Sales Adviser.
