Background and experience
I started with Newbury Building Society in 2015, initially within underwriting as an assistant before joining the intermediary team when it was created in 2016. From there I progressed from a Sales Adviser to a Business Development Manager and was then promoted to Intermediary Service Manager in September 2025.
Roles and responsibilities
My role is to lead, nurture and retain the Intermediary Helpdesk team to deliver mortgage growth, as well as manage and monitor mortgage business, whilst contributing to our sales strategy and assisting the Society in achieving all business targets.
I also cover the following postcode areas: BB, BD, BL, BS, CA, CH, CW, DH, DL, DN, FY, GL, HD, HG, HU, KT, L, LA, LS, M, NE, PR, S, SK, SR, TS, WA, WF, WN, YO.
