We are extremely proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for an award at the 2026 Learning Technologies Awards.

The Learning Technologies Awards are a worldwide celebration of outstanding learning technologies, recognising organisations who prioritise innovative learning and development for their colleagues.

We have been shortlisted, alongside our partners Kallidus and OnTrack, in the Best Use of Blended Learning (Commercial) category, for the design and delivery of a training programme for branch colleagues called Sales Through Service

Being shortlisted is fantastic recognition of the hard work, dedication and collaboration of everyone involved in bringing our Sales Through Service learning to life. If reflects the commitment of the team to creating a meaningful, engaging learning experience for colleagues across our branch network, and our continued investment in developing our people. By equipping colleagues with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to succeed, we're also enhancing the service experience and value we provide to our customers.
Gill Fry HR Business Partner

Our category includes large, multi-national organisations from the world of finance and beyond such as NatWest, Gallagher, and IKEA, so this is a huge achievement and wonderful recognition of our ongoing commitment to meaningful learning and development experiences for our people.

The winners will be determined by a panel of expert judges and announced in London on 11 November. Keep your fingers crossed for your Society!
